Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer discussions and joining follow-ups.
• Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• IT recruitment experience is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

📌 Important: This is a strictly 100% onsite position in Madhapur, Hyderabad. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts. Remote/WFH is not available.
