Weekoff : Sunday

Timings : 10am - 7pm 

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to handle core human resources operations, recruitment, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and labour law or social compliance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between store management and staff, ensuring smooth workforce operations and a disciplined workplace culture. 

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end hiring for retail sales executives, counter staff, craftsmen, or plant/support functions.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate joining formalities, issue appointment letters, and run induction/onboarding programs. 
• Attendance & Payroll Coordination:
• Track daily biometric attendance, and leave management systems.
• Compile monthly payroll inputs, wage bill verification for contract labor, incentives, and deductions. 
• Performance & Employee Relations:
• Maintain Job Descriptions (JDs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, counseling, and exit/full-and-final (FnF) formalities.
• HR Documentation & MIS:
• Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files, statutory registers, and monthly HRMIS/MIS reports.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of HRMS software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee data.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
