Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR / Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, recruitment support, student counselling, follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures.

Counsellor Responsibilities

• Contact students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course/college information.
• Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and other relevant details.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospective students.
• Convert leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Build good relationships with students and parents.
