Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining office cleanliness, handling basic administrative support tasks, and ensuring a smooth working environment for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Keep office areas, meeting rooms, clean and organized.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing important documents. Deliver files or papers to staff when required.
Assist office staff with routine tasks and basic support work. Help prepare meeting rooms and arrange required materials.
Bring and manage stationery and other office supplies as required
Distribute pamphlets/flyers as required for marketing, hiring drives, or promotional activities
Manage and maintain pantry supplies and inform admin/HR when stock is low
Support the admin team in organizing office events, meetings, or interviews
Ensure office equipment (printers, water dispensers, etc.) is functioning; report issues promptly
