Job Description

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and PMS software.

Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, billing, and cash handling.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Typically, 2–5 years of experience in hotel front office operations, including supervisory experience.

Experience in a 3-star hotel or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
