Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Customer Support, and Team Leader positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Handle bulk hiring and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate with placement officers and external recruitment partners.
Achieve hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
