Job Description

  1. Perform mechanical fitting, assembly and installation of various components and systems.
  2. Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and assembly drawings.
  3. Carry out cutting, drilling, grinding, filing, tapping and fitting operations as required.
  4. Assemble pipes, tubes, valves, fittings, manifolds, brackets and mechanical components.
  5. Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape and gauges.
  6. Perform proper alignment and tightening of mechanical components.
  7. Assist in pressure testing, leak testing and functional testing of systems.
  8. Maintain proper cleanliness and workmanship during assembly activities.
  9. Follow quality procedures, safety instructions and work instructions.
  10. Identify and report any dimensional, fitting or assembly-related problems to the supervisor/QC team.
  11. Maintain tools, equipment and workplace in a clean and safe condition.
  12. Support production and quality teams during inspection, testing and final assembly.
  13. Perform any other fitting-related activities assigned by the Production/Supervisor.
  14. Roman Urdu – Job ResponsibilitiesMukhtalif components aur systems ki mechanical fitting, assembly aur installation karna.
  15. Engineering drawings, fabrication drawings aur assembly drawings ko samajhna aur unke mutabiq kaam karna.
  16. Zaroorat ke mutabiq cutting, drilling, grinding, filing, tapping aur fitting ka kaam karna.
  17. Pipes, tubes, valves, fittings, manifolds, brackets aur mechanical components ki assembly karna.
  18. Hand tools aur measuring instruments jaise Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape aur gauges ka istemal karna.
  19. Mechanical components ki proper alignment aur tightening ensure karna.
  20. Pressure testing, leak testing aur functional testing mein production team ki madad karna.
  21. Assembly ke dauran cleanliness aur achhi workmanship maintain karna.
  22. Company ke quality procedures, safety instructions aur work instructions ko follow karna.
  23. Agar fitting, dimension ya assembly mein koi problem ho to usko Supervisor/QC team ko report karna.
  24. Tools, equipment aur working area ko saaf aur safe condition mein rakhna.
  25. Inspection, testing aur final assembly ke waqt Production aur Quality team ko support karna.
  26. Supervisor ki taraf se diye gaye doosre fitting-related kaam ko bhi zimmedari se complete karna.
