Field Sales Executive

Visit customers, project sites, residences, offices, and other locations as required.

Generate new leads and develop business through field visits and customer references.

Meet customers personally, understand their requirements, and explain the company's products and services.

Take accurate site measurements and collect the required details from customers.

Prepare and communicate customer requirements to the management/technical team for quotations and further processing.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.

Collect payments from customers as authorised by the management and hand over the complete amount to the management/accounts team with proper records.

Develop a strong professional relationship and good bonding with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Understand customer behaviour, requirements, concerns, and expectations and handle them professionally.

Use good convincing, negotiation, and communication skills to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with management, production, installation, and accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Maintain proper records of customer visits, measurements, enquiries, orders, collections, and follow-ups.

Provide regular updates to management regarding customer status, sales opportunities, and market feedback.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
