Job Title: Marketing Team Leader

Positions: Director (DIR) / Joint Director (JD) / General Manager (GM) / Senior General Manager (SGM) / Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Regional Manager (RM)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing & sales team

Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Handle channel partners, investors, and HNI clients

Conduct project presentations and client meetings

Ensure high conversion ratio from leads to closures
