Job Description – Billing Engineer (B.Tech Civil)

• Job Title: Billing Engineer / Billing Executive
• Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
• Industry: Civil Construction / Granite & Marble / Building Materials

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare client bills, running account (RA) bills, and final bills.

- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and quantity calculations.

- Measure work completed at project sites and prepare measurement sheets.

- Handle contractor billing, subcontractor bills, and vendor invoices.

- Verify material consumption, purchase bills, and delivery challans.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, accounts, and clients.

- Maintain billing records, payment follow-ups, and project cost reports.

- Prepare GST invoices and coordinate with the accounts team.

- Work with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software such as Tally Prime, where required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of civil construction measurements and estimation.

- Good command of MS Excel and billing documentation.

- Understanding of BOQ, RA bills, and GST invoices.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Accuracy in calculations and document management.

Work Location : Hyderabad Masjid banda
