Job Description

  1. Accounting: Maintain daily accounting entries, purchase and sales entries, and expense records.
  2. GST & Taxation: Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, monitor inward and outward material movements, and update inventory.
  4. Purchase & Sales Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams.
  5. Reporting: Prepare daily stock reports, purchase reports, and outstanding payment reports.
  6. Documentation: Maintain invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and other accounting records.
