Cashier

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Cashier / Finance Manager to manage the financial transactions and daily accounting operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions, billing, and payment collections.
• Manage cash, UPI, credit card, debit card, and bank transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash balances with billing records.
• Monitor outstanding payments, customer advances, and vendor payments.
• Maintain proper invoices, receipts, vouchers, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with the showroom manager and accounts team regarding financial matters.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and transparency in all financial transactions.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic accounting activities.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in cash or financial records.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in cashier operations, accounting, or financial management, preferably in a jewellery showroom or retail business.

Candidates should possess:

• Good knowledge of cash handling, billing, and basic accounting.
• Experience with Tally, Excel, or other accounting software.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Honesty, responsibility, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.

Practical experience and financial management skills will be given greater importance than educational certificates.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: ₹20,000+ per month, negotiable based on experience, skills, and suitability.
