Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling students, explaining courses, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads and enquiries from prospective students and parents.

Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.

Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.

Conduct counselling through calls and direct interactions.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

Maintain and update lead information and follow-up records.

Use MS Excel and MS Word for maintaining reports and documentation.

Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth enrolment.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

12th Pass qualification required.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling, telesales, or admissions.

Experience in the Education/Training industry is preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Strong skills in telesales, B2C sales, lead management, and lead conversion.

Excellent communication, counselling, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Fixed: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
