Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our educational partnerships across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively to colleges and educational institutions in different districts.

The primary responsibility is to connect with college management, principals, and TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), build strong professional relationships, and arrange business meetings for collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit colleges across AP & Telangana districts

- Meet Principals, TPOs, and decision-makers

- Explain company training & placement services effectively

- Generate leads and schedule meetings with management

- Build long-term relationships with educational institutions

- Follow up regularly and maintain communication records

- Achieve monthly collaboration and meeting targets

Required Skills:

- Excellent convincing and communication skills

- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

- Ready to travel extensively

- Good relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Educational Marketing / EdTech / Training Institute Business Development

- Any Graduate

- Male/Female candidates can apply

Salary: 2.5-5L
