Job Description – Billing Manager/Executive

Company: Starus Pharma Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Suchitra


  • Key Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day billing operations and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
  • Monitor sales billing, outstanding payments, and collections.
  • Ensure proper coordination with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
  • Identify revenue leakages and implement measures to improve profitability.
  • Monitor billing accuracy, GST compliance, and financial records.
  • Prepare billing MIS reports and ensure effective process management.


  • Requirements


  • 3–5 years of relevant billing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting procedures.
  • Experience with billing software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and team management skills.
  • Profit-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and cost control.
