Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and product videos.
  • Create engaging videos from factory, production, product, and customer-related footage.
  • Add text, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and animations.
  • Create strong hooks and storytelling to improve viewer engagement.
  • Edit videos in formats suitable for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Create professional product showcase and factory tour videos.
  • Select the best clips and arrange them into an attractive and professional story.
  • Maintain consistent Sky High Scaffolding branding in all videos.
  • Create thumbnails and basic graphics when required.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to understand video requirements.
  • Stay updated with current Reels, Shorts, editing styles, and social media trends.
  • Complete assigned videos within the required deadlines.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / After Effects.
  • Good understanding of short-form video editing and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to create attractive hooks in the first few seconds of a video.
  • Good understanding of social media video formats and aspect ratios.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or product-based content is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
  • Ability to suggest new video ideas and content concepts.
  • Knowledge of YouTube thumbnails, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.
  • Experience creating content that generates business enquiries/leads.
  • Performance ExpectationsConsistently produce high-quality and engaging content.
  • Deliver videos on time.
  • Improve viewer retention and engagement.
  • Maintain professional brand quality across all platforms.
  • Support the company in building a strong digital and social media presence.
