Job Description
🎬 Video Editor – Real Estate
Company: KMR Green Avenues
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Experience: 2 years
Salary : 10k to 15 k per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit real estate Reels, promotional videos and property videos for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Create engaging videos using raw site footage, voiceovers, text, transitions and music.
- Add professional captions, property highlights, location details and CTAs.
- Create short-form content designed for Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements.
- Maintain consistent branding and quality across all videos.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Reels, trending formats, transitions and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and AI video tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
Preferred: Candidates with real estate video editing experience will be given preference.
