Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage job follow-ups for our solar and construction services. The ideal candidate will track work progress, ensure updates are recorded in Excel and on our website, and help monitor customer/vendor payments to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Job Follow-Ups & Progress Tracking
- Contact relevant parties (internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, customers) for status updates
- Track daily/weekly progress for assigned projects
- Ensure all work completion stages are documented and confirmed
2. Data Entry & Updates (Excel + Website)
- Update project details, timelines, and job status in Excel
- Post or update required information on the company website/portal (as applicable)
- Maintain accurate records to ensure reporting is consistent across systems
3. Payment Tracking & Administrative Coordination
- Track payment status (e.g., received/pending/overdue) against project/work items
- Follow up on outstanding payments with the appropriate stakeholders
- Prepare simple payment summaries/reports for internal review
