Banking Collections | Voice Process | Begumpet, Hyderabad
SS Financial Services is hiring Tele callers for our Banking Collections Voice Process at our office in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
ABOUT THE ROLE You will speak with customers regarding pending EMI / card payments, provide payment reminders and follow up on payment commitments.
This is a 100% office-based calling role. No field visits. No doorstep collections.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to assigned customers using our dialer system
- Inform customers about pending payments and available payment options
- Record Promise-to-Pay / payment commitments accurately
- Follow up with customers as scheduled
- Maintain professional call quality and customer handling
- Follow banking, collections and compliance guidelines
- WHO CAN APPLY12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Collections / Telecalling / Tele-sales / Customer Support experience is an advantage
- Telugu & Hindi communication required
- Basic English required
- Minimum age: 18 years
- DRA-certified candidates will have an added advantage
