Job Description

Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Record daily business transactions, post journal entries, and update financial databases using accounting software.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming vendor invoices, issue customer bills, and track payments to keep ledgers current.

Account Reconciliations: Conduct routine bank and general ledger reconciliations to spot and fix discrepancies.

Payroll Support: Gather payroll data, track expense claims, and help process employee reimbursements or petty cash
