Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

1. Food preparation activities such as cutting, chopping, marination, and ingredient preparation.

2. Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.

3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

4. Follow food safety, storage, and handling procedures as per company guidelines.

5. Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.

6. Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen inventory and stock.

7. Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.

8. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.

9. Support daily opening and closing kitchen procedures, including cleaning and stock checks.

10. Work efficiently in a fast-paced QSR environment while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
