Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to achieve sales conversions.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
  • Identify new industries, sectors, and locations for business expansion.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for client onboarding and smooth handover.
  • Maintain lead trackers, sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
