Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory, stock handling,

and store operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper stock records,

ensuring timely material availability for production, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This

role is ideal for someone who is organized and has basic knowledge of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.

 Handle stock receiving, checking, and storage in an organized manner.

 Issue materials to the production team as per requirement.

 Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory reports.

 Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.

 Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.

 Coordinate with purchase and production departments for material planning.

 Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.

 Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

 Assist in loading/unloading of materials when required.

 Maintain daily stock reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred).

 Basic knowledge of inventory management and store handling.

 Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.

 Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

 Ability to work in a team environment.

 Basic communication skills.

Experience Requirement

 2–5 years of experience in store handling, inventory, or warehouse operations.

 Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

 Factory / warehouse-based role.

 Working hours as per company schedule.

 May require physical handling of materials.

Salary & Benefits

 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).

 Overtime: As per company policy.

 ESI & PF: Applicable as per Government rules.

 Accommodation & Food: Shared lodging, lunch, and dinner provided by the company at a

nominal charge of ₹10 per item per day.

 Travel Allowance: Provided when required for official work.
