Sales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at the Institute of NeuroDevelopment (IND).

The role involves speaking with parents who have shown interest in our programmes, understanding their requirements, explaining the programme, answering their questions, and helping them through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and speak with interested parents and leads.
• Understand customer requirements and concerns.
• Explain IND programmes and services clearly.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth enrolment.
• Achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales/telecalling experience preferred.
• Bengali speaking is mandatory.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and CRM.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, Insurance Sales, Automobile Sales, Education Counselling, Customer Relationship or Direct Sales can apply.
