Job Description
KYC Executive (Know Your Customer):
Organization: Muskurahat Foundation
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, address proof and other required documents.
- Check documents for accuracy, completeness and validity.
- Enter and update beneficiary/customer information in the system.
- Maintain physical and digital KYC records.
- Identify mismatched, incomplete or suspicious information and report it to the concerned team.
- Follow up for missing or additional documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and organizational information.
- Prepare daily/weekly verification reports.
- Coordinate with the back-office, operations and field teams.
- Ensure documentation is completed according to internal procedures.
- Support audits and record-reconciliation activities.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: Generally 18–30 years, depending on the vacancy.
- Gender: Male & Female
- Computer Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, email and basic data-entry skills.
