Field Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct field visits and customer interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
• Present products/services and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
• Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, orders, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, payments, and customer support.
• Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales/revenue achievement.
• Number of new customers acquired.

CompensationSalary: ₹[18000] – ₹[25000] per month + incentives
