About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
• Provide clear information about company services and processes.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.
• Support daily customer service and operational activities.
• RequirementsGraduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi.
