Account Executive (Accounting)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the plant.
• Maintain accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, purchase and sales entries.
• Work independently on Tally / Tally Prime and other accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports related to plant operations, purchases, sales, expenses, stock and collections.
• Maintain inventory and stock records and coordinate with Stores/Warehouse.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Handle bank reconciliation, vendor/customer ledger reconciliation and follow-up for outstanding balances.
• Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Head Office, Plant, Stores, Purchase, Sales and other departments for accounting-related matters.
• Assist in GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Prepare monthly reports and other financial statements as required by management.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions.
• Perform any other accounts-related responsibilities assigned by management.
