Field Site Land Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, locally based Site Coordinator with a proven track record in land acquisition, field surveys, or real estate coordination in District Rajgarh, MP. You will act as our company’s primary ground representative—supervising the land aggregator, actively participating in site demarcations, and ensuring every parcel meets exact legal and physical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

 Aggregator Supervision & Auditing: Directly oversee the hired land aggregator during field visits and landowner discussions. Ensure negotiations, land rates, and timelines strictly align with company directives.

 On-Ground Land Demarcation: Once target land is identified, lead and execute physical site demarcation (Nishandehi/Finti) on-ground along with the aggregator, ensuring zero boundary overlaps, accurate measurements, and clear approach roads.

 Ground Verification & Document Cross-Checking: Match physical site boundaries against official revenue documents (Khasra, Khatauni, B1, and Aks-Shajra maps) on-site to flag encumbrances, joint-ownership issues, or access disputes early.

 GPS & Substation Proximity Mapping: Capture precise GPS boundary coordinates using mobile mapping tools and confirm actual physical route distance to the target grid substation.

 Field MIS & Daily Reporting: Send daily field logs covering surveyed acreage, completed demarcations, farmer consent statuses, and site photos via WhatsApp/Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

 Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in land acquisition, site coordination, revenue field work, or civil surveying in rural/semi-urban MP. (No freshers)

 Local Roots & Geography: Resident of Rajgarh, Biaora, Sarangpur, or nearby tehsils with in-depth knowledge of local land terms, land revenue processes, and regional routes.

 Assets: Mandatory to own a reliable two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving license.

 Technical & Soft Skills: Solid understanding of physical land measurements, boundary markings, smartphone mapping apps (Google Earth/GPS tools), and strong negotiation/communication skills in local Hindi/Malvi dialect.

Compensation & Perks

 Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 / month (negotiable based on relevant experience)

 Project Milestone Bonus: Performance bonus paid upon successful demarcation, document clearance, and final deed registration of target acreage.
