Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities. (will include but not

be limited to the following)

• Assist the Main Operator in operating diaper manufacturing machines.

•  Ensure continuous production as per the daily production plan.

• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities immediately.     

•Perform machine setup changeovers, and adjustments under the guidance of the Main Operator.

•Load and replenish raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.    

•   Conduct routine quality checks and ensure products meet quality standards.

•  Identify and rectify minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain production records and shift reports accurately.

• Follow SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.

• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.

• Support preventive maintenance activities whenever required.

Education

Qualification & Experience Required

ITI or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Production

or equivalent)

Minimum2-4 years of

experience as main operator in diaper industry

Key Skills and

Attitude Required

Knowledge of diaper manufacturing processes and machine

operations.

Understanding of machine settings, product specifications, and

quality standards.

Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.
