Production Executive

Job Title: Production MIS ExecutiveJob Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production MIS Executive to monitor and maintain data related to our factory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain daily production and process-wise data from the factory floor.
• Track material consumption, manpower deployment, production and productivity.
• Maintain records of wastage, rejection, rework and WIP.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with production teams to verify data and ensure accuracy.
• Analyse productivity and highlight deviations or inefficiencies to management.
• Assist in developing and improving factory reporting systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Should be comfortable working on the factory floor as well as on a computer.
• Experience in manufacturing/factory MIS will be an advantage.

Important: This is not a pure data-entry job. The candidate will actively work with factory teams to collect, verify and analyse operational data.
