Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete production workflow from order allocation to final finishing.
  • Plan and monitor daily production targets across all departments.
  • Coordinate with dyeing, embroidery, handwork, aari, dori, computer embroidery, tailoring, finishing, and packing teams.
  • Ensure all customer orders are completed within the committed timeline (30–40 days).
  • Handle jobber allocation, follow-ups, and challan management.
  • Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain production status reports.
  • Conduct quality checks at every production stage and reduce defects/rework.
  • Coordinate with merchandising and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain production records, material consumption, and pending work reports.
  • Resolve production delays and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Supervise production staff and improve productivity and efficiency.
