Job Description
We’re Hiring: Collection Manager – Guwahati 📍
We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join our team on an immediate joining basis.
📍 Location: Guwahati, Assam
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling within the collections industry
Hands-on experience in Loan and EMI collections
Prior experience handling NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases is required
Strong knowledge of collection processes, team management, and recovery strategies
Proven ability to manage collection teams and achieve recovery targets
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
💰 Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate’s last drawn salary, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
