About us
Sikka Estates (Udyog Vihar Phase V, Gurugram) advises companies, investors and asset owners on leasing industrial, warehousing and commercial property across Gurugram and NCR.
Your work
- Find and source industrial, manufacturing and warehouse properties for client requirements
- Survey your micro-markets: vacancies, rents, new supply and owners
- Build our database (inventory) of properties and their owners
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, local brokers and occupiers
- Arrange site visits and prepare property shortlists
- Support negotiations and documentation until the deal closes
- Bring in new business through your own network
Areas you should know
Udyog Vihar, Pace City I & II, IMT Manesar, IMT Sohna, Manesar industrial areas, Bilaspur, Farukhnagar, Pataudi and the warehousing clusters around Gurugram and NCR.
You are right for this if
- You have 4–8 years in industrial or warehouse leasing, property sourcing or commercial real estate
- You have strong contacts with owners, brokers and occupiers in Gurugram–Manesar
- You understand warehouse specifications, rents and commercial terms
- You can work independently and travel daily across the belt
