Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Monitor team performance, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.
- Guide team members in handling clients, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and guidance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation and smooth operations.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients until deal closure.
