Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to connect with customers over the phone, explain our products, convert leads into sales, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers to close pending sales.
- Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and order status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the verification and delivery teams to ensure accurate order processing.
- Follow company calling guidelines and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Required SkillsGood Hindi communication skills.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer objections.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use CRM software.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and a customer-focused approach.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
