  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue personal loan accounts.
  • Follow up with customers for pending dues and loan repayments.
  • Negotiate payment commitments and encourage timely repayments.
  • Record customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the CRM and LMS system.
  • Resolve customer queries related to loan payments professionally.
