Telecalling Team Leader

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -: TELECALLING TEAM LEAD/ PAYMENT COLLECTION, CUSTOMER SUPPORT

1. Calling Customers after order delivery.

2. Confirming order details, delivery address, and contact person.

3. Following up for product delivery confirmation.

4. Handling customer queries after sales.

5. Managing complaints, issues, and escalations.

6. Coordinating for installation/service if required.

7. Taking feedback from buyers after delivery.

8. Ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship management.

9. Following up for invoice acceptance and CRAC (Product Acceptance) completion.

10. Update short warranty on OEM portal.

11. Ensure no pending issues at the customer end, including documentation and installation.

12. Following up for payments and collect payment details. 

13. Raise an incident and escalate in case of an out-of-TAT issue.

14. Coordinating with finance for payment follow-ups.

15. Maintaining call records and follow-up data.

16. Supporting in resolving delivery or product issues.

17. Ensuring proper communication between buyer and internal teams.

18. Reducing order cancellation or return cases.

19. Building long-term relationships with government clients.

20. Reporting daily status and issues to management

21. Supporting repeat business and future opportunities.

22 Should have experience of payment collection from government customers through telecalling.

23 Should have experience in team handling, MS excel, MS word, e mails etc.
