Tandoor Cook

 Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes (curries, tandoor items, breads, rice, and appetizers) following established recipes.

 Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.

 Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate grocery or ingredient ordering.

 Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

 Supervise and assist kitchen helpers with daily prep work.

 Requirements:

 Proven professional experience working as an Indian Chef or Sous Chef.

 Deep knowledge of Indian spices, regional cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.

 Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.

2. Kitchen Helper

 Role Overview: Support the chef and cooking staff with daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen maintenance.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed by the chef.

 Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen surfaces.

 Assist with organizing stock rooms, refrigerators, and storage areas.

 Dispose of waste properly and follow all health and safety guidelines.
