About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Chef to join our growing cloud kitchen, specialising in Authentic Regional Indian food.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Indian cooking, be comfortable working independently, and be able to maintain consistency in taste, portion size and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes as per our standard recipes and SOPs.
• Specialise in North Indian, Regional Indian and Indian curry preparations.
• Handle daily mise en place, marination, gravy preparation and cooking.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality and portion sizes.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen inventory and inform about required ingredients.
• Minimise food wastage and maintain proper food storage.
• Coordinate with the owner regarding daily orders and preparation.
• Handle pre-orders, bulk orders and small catering/party orders when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout the operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef / Cook in a restaurant, cloud kitchen or catering setup.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine.
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Experience with bulk cooking will be an added advantage.
