Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 4–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads, conduct site visits, negotiate, and close deals.
- Manage HNI clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurgaon.
- Strong Gurgaon market knowledge and channel partner network.
- Proven sales and deal-closure track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with strong leadership and team-management abilities.
