Job Overview:-

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Promote the company's products and services through online and offline marketing activities.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with the team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
