Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting our products directly to customers and generating sales through society marketing, canopy activities, local events, and field promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit residential societies, apartments, and local markets for product promotion.

Conduct canopy/stall activities inside societies and other suitable locations.

Interact with residents and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Conduct door-to-door or on-ground promotional activities whenever required.

Distribute pamphlets, samples, promotional material, and collect customer inquiries.

Coordinate with society management/RWA for permission and promotional activities.

Identify new societies and locations for marketing campaigns.

Follow up with customers through phone/WhatsApp and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of leads, sales, customer feedback, and promotional activities.

Provide regular reports to the management regarding field activities and sales performance.

Assist in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Energetic, confident, and comfortable with field work.

Willingness to travel locally and visit different societies regularly.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications.

Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, direct sales, society marketing, or retail sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
