Sales Manager – B2B / FinTech

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team and drive revenue growth in the FinTech / Payment Gateway / API segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the B2B sales team.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities.
  • Handle sales of Payment Gateway, API and FinTech solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and implementation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Requirements4–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong experience in FinTech / B2B / API / Payment Gateway sales.
  • Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
  • Strong B2B client acquisition and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving
