Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Handle incoming digital inquiries (social media, WhatsApp, web leads) and phone/walk-in traffic.
- Conduct outbound cold/warm calls and local outreach to generate corporate or individual prospects.
Consultations & Tours:
- Schedule and run face-to-face consultations.
- Uncover prospects' fitness/recovery goals through consultative questioning.
- Lead gym floor tours highlighting equipment, cleanliness, and global reciprocity value.
Closing & Onboarding:
- Pitch membership plans, personal training packages, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle objections with empathy and close sales effectively.
- Complete membership agreements, payment processing, and onboarding paperwork.
