SALES EXECUTIVE & SALES MANAGER – FIELD SALES

We are hiring Sales Executives and Sales Managers for our growing field sales team.

Job Role:

• Sales Executive – Field Sales

• Sales Manager – Team Handling & Sales

Salary: ₹25,000–₹54,000 per month (including incentives)

LOCATIONS:

Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Indore, Bhopal & Pune

Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive:

• Visit local businesses and meet business owners.

• Explain our advertising program and generate leads.

• Follow up with interested clients.

• Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain daily sales and visit reports.

• Complete client onboarding and documentation.

Job Responsibilities – Sales Manager:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.

• Plan daily field activities and assign targets.

• Support the team in lead generation and client conversion.

• Track team performance and achieve monthly targets.

• Train team members and help them improve sales.

• Maintain daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Sales or field sales experience preferred, freshers can also apply.

• Comfortable with daily field visits.

• Target-oriented and hardworking.

• Two-wheeler preferred for field roles.

• Candidates with team-handling experience can apply for the Manager position.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off
