Sales Executive

About the Role

ZEN is looking for a driven and hands-on Sales & Logistics Executive who can manage both sales coordination and day-to-day logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will help us grow our retail presence while ensuring orders, inventory and deliveries are managed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Generate and manage leads from retailers, gyms, cafés, corporate clients and other potential partners.

• Visit and onboard new retail outlets.

• Maintain relationships with existing retailers and clients.

• Follow up on enquiries, orders and payments.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand ZEN’s retail network.

Logistics & Operations

• Coordinate product dispatches and deliveries.

• Manage inventory and stock movement.

• Coordinate with warehouses, manufacturers and logistics partners.

• Track orders, shipments, returns and replacements.

• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and retailers.

• Maintain daily sales, inventory and logistics reports.

• Coordinate stock replenishment and prevent stock-outs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, operations or FMCG.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and retailer visits.

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

• FMCG/D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus.
