Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, building relationships with decision-makers, generating leads, and converting them into customers through on-field sales activities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, calls, references, and other channels.
• Meet HR managers, hospital owners, administrators, and business decision-makers.
• Explain company products/services and demonstrate their value to clients.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients in person.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Previous B2B, field sales, healthcare, recruitment, or business development experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
