Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, and converting prospects into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable options.

Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction and documentation processes.

Maintain daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
