Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.

- Handle client queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of leads.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client records.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

- Age: Below 30 years.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluent English communication is mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Confident personality with a professional approach.

- Good negotiation and convincing skills.

- Prior experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Hospitality, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
